  False promises about repairs being made before we moved in. When repairs commenced when we were living there we were unable to use the only shower in the unit for a week without any compensation. Not all emails got responses. Would not recommend.

  Jennie and Helen at Devine have been so friendly and caring and helpful with finding my partner and i such a lovely home. Other agents don't go the extra mile and can make things difficult, especially when it's a seller's market; but with Devine they have been flexible and accommodating - and that is exactly what you need with the stress that can be felt when moving home.

  The agency has a tendency to "pass the buck" a lot. They take care of their landlords or vendors BUT don't care for their tenants. Be careful if you wish to rent through this agency. Deal with them at your own risk. Look at other agencies in Strathfield prior to Devine. Also, the current star level on google is very misleading, half of the 5 stars issued are by their staff. Huh!
