  Avoid this business as it provides online valuations of your car that appear fairly reasonable (possibly inflated) to only find that upon visual inspection that valuation is significantly reduced, ie by thousands notwithstanding your car may be in very good to immaculate condition with low kms, long rego, regularly serviced by authorised service centres.

  Onsite offer was thousands below what it said online. We left and managed to sell online privately for a good 3000 more than what these guys wanted to give. Lots of erming and ar-ing.

  I was in the process of listing my car on popular online car sites, when I decided to get a quote on the sellmycar site. An hour later I found myself in my nearest branch, and 30 mins after that I had an offer that I was pleased to accept. Easy, friendly, professional service. And I'm delighted I don't have to spend the next few weeks being mucked around my potential buyers. Highly recommend!

  Do not take your car here if you don't want to get ripped off. I looked up what my car was worth first on their website and it gave me a reasonable price for my car. So I decided to book an appointment to go and get it checked out. I was welcomed by a dodgy looking bloke who then began to inspect my car. When then inspection was completed he asked me to come back into his office. At this moment he began to fumble around on the computer pressing a few keys and then didn't even have the decency to give me some lipstick so I could look pretty before he tried to bend me over a barrel and pull my pants down. The bloke offered me less than half of what I was told on the website. At this point I was disgusted by the whole experience and walked out. Don't take your car here!!

  Not sure why so many people are complaining, probably because they expected to get premiums for their crappy cars! These other people complaining are just being downright rude and not constructive at all. I did my research about the value of my car, walked in with a realistic figure in mind and couldn't be happier. Although the original online quote was higher, considering the minor damage my car had, it was a fair price and not far from the online quote. I would have gotten less from the manufacturer dealer if I gave it to them. Michael did what he could to get the most value out of the car and would recommend other venues to sell if he felt I would get more money elsewhere, even openly stating I would get more if i sold privately (I just didn't have the time nor patience to be stuffed around with private buyers). Very happy customer, honest service and money was in bank account on same day within 5 hours.
